Get localized Open Office dictionaries

To get localized Open Office dictionaries you have to do the following:

for a current user only:

1. Download the desired dictionary from the OOo extension website.
2. Start Open Office
3. Open the extensions manager: Tools -> Extensions Manager
4. Click the Add... button and choose your downloaded dictionary

If you want to add the dictionary for all users in your system, follow the above steps as root (or any other user who have write access to the office installation) and choose "all users".
